An amber Payarmin dropper bottle with a black bulb and a cream label reading Payarmin, Advanced Support, 30 mL

Dose dropper

One dropper a day: a bottle lasts 30 days if a dropper holds 1 mL.Two droppers a day: a bottle lasts 15 days if a dropper holds 1 mL.

The label directs 1 or 2 droppers full daily. The pipette is a drawing, not a measured volume.

Quick answer

Payarmin is a 30 mL dietary supplement in an amber dropper bottle. The label lists 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 ingredients per 1 ml serving, 30 servings in all, and directs 1 or 2 droppers full daily. The sales page ties it to blood sugar support. It is not a diabetes medicine, and a 60-day guarantee covers it.

The product

What is Payarmin?

Payarmin is a dietary supplement sold as liquid drops in a 30 mL (1 fl oz) amber dropper bottle. The front says “ADVANCED SUPPORT” and carries the standard FDA statement.

Each 1 ml serving lists 0.7 mcg of chromium (as chromium picolinate) and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 plant extracts, compounds and amino acids. A bottle holds 30 servings.

The sales page ties it to blood sugar, insulin and energy. It is not a diabetes medicine, and no trial has tested this product.

  • 30 mL bottle, 30 servings of 1 ml
  • All 23 label lines typed out
  • 48 public sources cited
  • 60-day results-or-refund guarantee
  • No invented reviews or ratings

Open the label and you meet one number and one mystery. The number is chromium: 0.7 mcg per 1 ml serving, which is 2% of the Daily Value. The mystery is the blend: 200 mg shared by 22 ingredients, from maca to L-carnitine, with no single amount printed. Everything else on this site is built from those two facts.

The label names Instituto Experience of Lakeland, FL as distributor and does not name a maker. It says the drops are “Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients” and were manufactured in an FDA registered facility. A registered facility is not an approved product, and the facility is not named (Using Dietary Supplements per FDA).

The page you are reading belongs to an authorized shop. It repeats the sales page only inside quotation marks, and it says when the label and the sales page disagree. One example is ginseng: the sales page calls it a root, while the label says aerial extract.

Two bottles, a brand render. The label, not the render, is the list that counts.

Claims vs evidence

What does the sales page claim, and what does the evidence show?

The sales page opens with a best-option headline, a line about proof, a pancreas line for gymnema, a leptin line for African mango and an order-share figure.

None of them names a study, an amount or a test of the product. The label prints one amount only: 0.7 mcg of chromium.

FTC guidance asks for competent and reliable evidence, generally human trials of the same product, before a health claim is made (Health Products Compliance Guidance per FTC).

  1. Sales headline“Payarmin is the best option for supporting healthy blood sugar levels”No ranking or comparison is shown. No trial has tested Payarmin, and no supplement treats diabetes. (Diabetes and Dietary Supplements per NCCIH) (Payarmin sales page)
  2. Intro lineIngredients “clinically proven to support balanced blood sugar”The page names no study and no amount. FTC guidance asks for competent human evidence on the same product and dose; none is shown for these drops. (Health Products Compliance Guidance per FTC) (Payarmin sales page)
  3. Gymnema copyGymnema “helps regenerate the pancreatic cells that produce insulin”Small trials found a small fasting-glucose drop at 200-400 mg a day. We found no human evidence for regrowing pancreatic cells. The label puts gymnema 8th of 22: at most 25 mg per 1 ml. (Gymnema monograph per Drugs.com)
  4. African mango copyAn extract that “acts directly on leptin”Weight evidence is weak and human blood sugar data are limited; most studies used a seed extract, as the label does. (Irvingia gabonensis (African mango) per MSKCC) (Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss per NIH ODS)
  5. Ginseng copy“An ancient root” that “improves glucose uptake by muscle cells, independent of insulin”The label lists Panax ginseng AERIAL extract, not root. Root trials show a modest fasting-glucose drop and no A1C change. (PLoS One 2014 per Shishtar et al.) (Asian Ginseng per NCCIH) (ginseng berry trial report per NutraIngredients)
  6. Social proof“96% Of Customers Orders 6 Bottles”A seller figure with no source. It says nothing about whether the drops work. (Health Products Compliance Guidance per FTC) (Payarmin sales page)
  7. Bottle front“ADVANCED SUPPORT” with the FDA statementSupport wording that never says what is supported. It is not a disease claim. (Using Dietary Supplements per FDA)

Claims as printed on the sales page (Payarmin sales page) and the label. The FTC expects solid scientific support for a health claim, usually human trials of the very product sold (Health Products Compliance Guidance per FTC).

The named six

Which six ingredients does the sales page name?

It names chromium picolinate, gymnema leaf, African mango seed, green tea leaf, maca root and Panax ginseng aerial extract, with one claim line for each and no amounts.

The label lists 23 lines, so seventeen are never mentioned on the sales page. Each card below puts the claim next to what research says.

The sales page calls the ginseng “an ancient root”. The label says aerial extract, which means above-ground parts.

  • Grey chromium picolinate granulesChromium picolinate

Sales page says“help insulin enter your cells”

What research showsNIH reports mixed glucose results at up to 1,000 mcg a day. The label lists 0.7 mcg per 1 ml serving. (Chromium per NIH ODS) Profile

  • Dried gymnema leavesGymnema

Sales page says“helps regenerate the pancreatic cells that produce insulin”

What research showsTrials that were small saw a modest dip in fasting glucose with 200-400 mg daily of a standardized extract. We found no human evidence for rebuilding pancreatic cells. Ranked 8 of 22, it cannot exceed 25 mg in a 1 ml serving. (Gymnema monograph per Drugs.com) Profile

  • Split African mango seedsAfrican mango seed

Sales page says“acts directly on leptin”

What research showsEvidence for weight loss is weak and human blood sugar data are limited. Ranked 4 of 22, it cannot exceed 50 mg in a 1 ml serving. (Irvingia gabonensis (African mango) per MSKCC) (Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss per NIH ODS) Profile

  • Dark green tea leavesGreen tea leaf

What research showsThe NCCIH summary we read covers rare liver injury, caffeine and a modest weight effect, and shows no insulin-sensitivity result. Ranked 7 of 22, it cannot exceed 29 mg in a 1 ml serving. (Green Tea per NCCIH) Profile

  • Dried maca root slicesMaca root

    Sales page says“balances hormones”

What research showsA few small trials looked at mood and sexual function, not blood sugar or energy. It is 1st in the blend. (Maca per MSKCC) Profile

How to take it

How do you take Payarmin?

Shake the bottle well, fill the dropper once or twice, place the liquid in your mouth and swallow. That is the full label direction.

The sales page says 1 to 2 droppers full daily and prefers the morning, before a meal. The label itself sets no time.

Start with one dropper, never exceed the recommended dose, and keep every prescribed medicine on its own schedule.

  1. 01

    Inspect the seal

The label warns against using a bottle whose safety seal is torn or absent. Look closely before dose one.

  2. 02

    Shake well

The label starts with 'Shake well before each use'. Do it every time, then draw liquid into the dropper.

  3. 03

    1 or 2 droppers full

The label allows 1 or 2 droppers full a day, placed in the mouth and swallowed. It does not say how many mL a dropper holds, so start with one and do not exceed the recommended dose.

  4. 04

Review at day 30 and day 60

The guarantee window closes 60 days after purchase. Share any meter log with your doctor and decide before then.

A day around the drops

A 24-hour day: the drops at one fixed time, here the morning before a meal, a walk after lunch, and 7 to 9 hours of sleep2461218
  1. One fixed time, about 8:00

Shake well, then 1 or 2 droppers, as the label says. The label sets no time; the sales page leans toward the morning, before a meal. Prescribed medicine stays on its own schedule.

  2. Walk once the meal is done

In the DPP trial the lifestyle arm aimed at 150 weekly minutes of exercise and saw 58% fewer new diabetes cases.

  3. Portions and plate

Per the CDC, shedding 5 to 7 percent of body weight lowers the chance of type 2 diabetes.

  4. Night: 7 to 9 hours

Both guarana and green tea carry caffeine, so light sleepers do better with a morning dose than an evening one.

Lifestyle points come from the Diabetes Prevention Program (Diabetes Prevention Program per NIDDK) and CDC (Prediabetes per CDC), and the caffeine point from FDA (Caffeine: how much is too much? per FDA). The clock time is only a suggestion; the label rules.

The dropper question

How many days is a bottle, if the label never defines a dropper?

The label says “1 or 2 droppers full daily” and never says how many mL a dropper holds, so it cannot tell you how many days a bottle lasts.

If a dropper holds 1 mL, one dropper a day lasts 30 days and two a day last 15. The sales page counts 30 days a bottle, which fits the first reading.

A dropperful is not a fixed volume, because droppers differ and people fill them differently (What is a dropperful? per ISMP).

A

One dropper a day

A bottle lasts 30 days if a dropper holds 1 mL. That makes the 6-bottle pack 180 days at about $1.63 a day, the 3-bottle pack 90 days at about $2.30 and the 2-bottle pack 60 days at about $2.63.

B

Two droppers a day

A bottle lasts 15 days on the same assumption. Per day the cost doubles: about $3.27 on 6 bottles, $4.60 on 3 and $5.27 on 2, and the 6-bottle pack covers 90 days.

Ask the seller for the dropper size in mL before you rely on either row. Until it is printed, treat days per bottle as an estimate.

The formula

What are the 23 lines on the Payarmin label?

One chromium line with an amount, then a 200 mg blend of 22 ingredients with no single amounts printed.

Because the blend runs from most to least by weight, each place caps the amount: maca can hold at most 200 mg per 1 ml, African mango at most 50 and gymnema at most 25 (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)).

Filter the list by type, then open any line. The nine other ingredients, such as glycerin and xylitol, have their own page.

The real label

What is printed on the real Payarmin label?

The flat label has three zones: use, storage and cautions on the left, the brand name with three icons in the middle, and the Supplement Facts panel on the right.

Tap a numbered dot to read that part. The full text is also typed out on the supplement facts page.

Two misprints appear: “Lepidium mevenii” for maca and “L-Typtophan” for L-tryptophan.

Tap a number to read that part of the label.

  1. Suggested use

'Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow.' No mL per dropper is printed.

  2. Storage

'Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness.'

  3. Caution

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition: ask a physician first.

  4. Keep out of reach

Also: do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing, and store in a cool, dry place.

Dose vs research

How does one serving compare with the doses used in research?

Chromium is the clearest case: the label lists 0.7 mcg, while a key diabetes trial used 200 and 1,000 mcg a day (Chromium per NIH ODS).

For blend ingredients the amounts are hidden, so each bar shows an even split of about 9 mg and the most that place can hold.

Even the ceilings sit below the studied doses. Two droppers a day, if a dropper holds 1 mL, would only double a serving.

No amount printed; line 22 of the 22-item blend. (Carnitine per NIH ODS)

How to read this: dark red shows what a single 1 ml serving could contain. Only chromium has a printed amount. For blend lines we draw an equal share (200 mg over 22, roughly 9 mg) and, beside it, the largest amount that line could hold given its rank. Gold shows what trials gave per day, with a pale tail where doses ranged. Every ceiling stays below the trial doses, and a second dropper (at 1 mL each) only doubles the serving.

Safety

Who should check with a doctor before using Payarmin?

Anyone on insulin or a sulfonylurea, pregnant or nursing, under 18, or living with a known medical condition should talk to a doctor first. The label asks the last three to.

Chromium, gymnema and ginseng may add to diabetes medicines and push blood sugar too low (Diabetes and Dietary Supplements per NCCIH).

The drops contain xylitol, which can drop a dog's blood sugar fast (Paws Off Xylitol per FDA). Guarana and green tea add caffeine, and the label gives no amount (Caffeine: how much is too much? per FDA).

1. Are you on insulin or a sulfonylurea (for example glipizide or glyburide), or has your sugar dipped low lately?
2. Are you under 18, pregnant or nursing?
3. Is there a diagnosed condition, or a daily blood thinner, blood-pressure tablet, statin, antidepressant or thyroid medicine?
4. Does caffeine bother you, or do you use a stimulant?
5. Does a dog live in your home?
Five answers neededThe outcome appears in this box. It is a prompt to ask a professional, not advice.

If blood sugar drops

  1. TremblingShaking hands, a nervous feeling
  2. Cold sweatClammy skin for no clear reason
  3. Sudden hungerStrong hunger, maybe queasiness
  4. LightheadedFoggy thinking or slurred speech
  5. Racing pulseHeart pounding or beating fast

15-15Under 70 mg/dL counts as low for most people with diabetes. Have 15 to 20 g of fast-acting carbohydrate (juice or glucose tablets, for example), and test again in 15 minutes.

Call 911If someone with a low blood sugar blacks out, has a convulsion or is unable to swallow safely. Do not place food or drink in an unconscious person’s mouth.

Signs and steps are NIDDK's (Low Blood Glucose per NIDDK). Insulin, sulfonylureas and meglitinides are known causes of lows, and supplements can pile on (Vitamins & Supplements per ADA).

The numbers

What do the blood sugar numbers mean?

NIDDK puts normal at an A1C below 5.7%, prediabetes at 5.7 to 6.4% and diabetes at 6.5% or higher (Diabetes & Prediabetes Tests per NIDDK).

For fasting glucose the bands are below 100, 100 to 125 and 126 mg/dL or higher.

One test is not a diagnosis, and a supplement is not treatment. Type a reading to see its range.

  1. TypicalA1C under 5.7%Fasting under 100 mg/dL
  2. PrediabetesA1C from 5.7 to 6.4%Fasting from 100 to 125 mg/dL
  3. Diabetes rangeA1C at 6.5% and upFasting at 126 mg/dL and up

Enter either value and the matching band lights up. A single result does not diagnose anything; clinicians repeat the test to confirm.

Cut-offs follow NIDDK (Diabetes & Prediabetes Tests per NIDDK). CDC puts U.S. adults with prediabetes near 115.2 million, many unaware (National Diabetes Statistics Report per CDC). A home meter cannot diagnose.

The balance

What are the pros and cons of Payarmin?

On the plus side, the label is readable, the guarantee runs 60 days and accepts empty bottles, and larger packs cost less per bottle.

On the minus side, nearly every amount is hidden, the dropper is undefined, and no trial has tested the product.

What works in its favor

  • The label prints the serving size, the chromium amount, all 22 blend names and the other ingredients.
  • The 60-day guarantee takes bottles “whether full and/or empty” on the sales page.
  • Prices are listed: $49 a bottle on 6, $69 on 3 and $79 on 2.
  • The sales page describes a “one-time payment with no auto-ship, recurring charges, or hidden fees”.

What counts against it

  • Only chromium has a printed amount; the blend of 22 hides the rest.
  • The label never says what a dropper holds, so days per bottle are scenarios.
  • No trial has tested the product, and the headline claims name no source.
  • Guarana and green tea add caffeine with no amount, and xylitol is dangerous to dogs.
  • Shipping on the 2-bottle pack is not printed.

Prices

How much does Payarmin cost, and which pack fits?

On the sales page, 2 bottles cost $158 plus shipping, 3 cost $207 and 6 cost $294. The last two ship free in the US.

That is $79, $69 and $49 a bottle. At one dropper a day, if a dropper holds 1 mL, a bottle lasts 30 days, which puts the 6-bottle pack at about $1.63 a day.

The guarantee

How does the 60-day guarantee work?

The sales page calls it a “60-day Results or Refund Guarantee”: return all bottles, “whether full and/or empty”, within 60 days of purchase for a refund.

The sales page tells buyers to email its support address. The order desk also lists a phone number and an email. The page does not say whether shipping is deducted.

I sit at a sewing machine all day. Leak in a backpack. Upright in a baggie now. I keep it on the charging pad. I take it after I fill the bird feeder.

How we check reviews

Badges

Which badges does Payarmin show, and what do they prove?

The brand shows eight badges. Three repeat wording printed on the label: the FDA registered facility line, the globally sourced ingredients line and the natural ingredients icon.

The other five, including “Doctor formulated” and “Dairy free”, are claims by the brand that the label does not print. None names a certifier or a test.

A badge is a seller claim, not a certificate.

Backed by wording on the label

FDA registered facility badge
Printed on the labelFDA registered facility

The label prints 'This product has been manufactured in an FDA registered facility.' Registration is not approval, and no facility is named.

Foreign and domestic ingredients badge
Printed on the labelForeign and domestic ingredients

The label prints 'Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients'. It does not say which ingredient comes from where.

100% natural ingredients badge
Printed on the label100% natural ingredients

The label's icon says 'Made With Natural Ingredients*'. 'Natural' has no fixed legal meaning for supplements, and the glycerin base carries preservatives.

These badges are artwork from the brand's image set. Each is the seller speaking, not a certificate, and none names who certified, tested or audited. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (Using Dietary Supplements per FDA), and health claims in ads need real evidence (Health Products Compliance Guidance per FTC).

Questions

What do people ask about Payarmin?

People most often ask what Payarmin is, who makes it and whether it works. The short answers open below.

Every answer opens with a direct reply, then the reason and a source where there is one.

What is Payarmin?

Payarmin is a dietary supplement sold as liquid drops in a 30 mL amber dropper bottle. The label lists 0.7 mcg of chromium (as chromium picolinate) and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 extracts, compounds and amino acids per 1 ml serving. The front says “ADVANCED SUPPORT”, and the sales page connects it to blood sugar. It is not a drug and not a diabetes treatment (Using Dietary Supplements per FDA).

Who makes Payarmin?

The label does not say. It names Instituto Experience of Lakeland, FL as distributor and says the drops were made in an FDA registered facility without naming it. This website is run by an authorized shop, not by the maker or the distributor (Payarmin sales page).

Does Payarmin really work?

Nobody can say from the evidence available. No trial has tested Payarmin itself, and the label prints only one amount, 0.7 mcg of chromium, far below the 200 to 1,000 mcg a day used in chromium trials (Chromium per NIH ODS). The other 22 ingredients share 200 mg, so even the largest places cannot reach most studied doses. Judge it by your own blood tests and your doctor, not by the sales copy.

Is Payarmin FDA approved?

No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold, and the label carries the standard statement that the FDA has not evaluated the claims (Using Dietary Supplements per FDA). A line saying the drops were made in an “FDA registered facility” refers to a facility registration, not to approval of the product.

Is Payarmin worth it?

It depends on what you need. At $49 to $79 a bottle the price is clear, but most amounts are hidden and the evidence is for single ingredients at higher doses. If your goal is lower blood sugar, lifestyle steps and prescribed care have far better evidence (Diabetes Prevention Program per NIDDK). The 60-day results-or-refund guarantee lowers the money risk, not the medical one.

Does Payarmin come as capsules, pills or gummies?

No. The label and the sales page describe liquid drops in a dropper bottle, taken by mouth. We found no capsule, pill or gummy version from the seller. Treat a listing for any other form under the same name with suspicion and check the seller first.

Can Payarmin replace diabetes medicine?

No. The label says it is a dietary supplement, and NCCIH reports no reliable evidence that any supplement controls diabetes (Diabetes and Dietary Supplements per NCCIH). Keep every prescribed medicine and dose. Chromium, gymnema and ginseng can add to diabetes drugs and lower blood sugar too far, so tell your doctor about any supplement you start.

What does the Payarmin label actually say?

It says to shake well and take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, lists 30 servings of 1 ml, and shows the Supplement Facts panel with chromium and the blend. It also carries cautions for pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition. It never says what a dropper holds. The label hotspots above show each part.
