Does the guarantee mean Payarmin works?
No. A refund offer is a business term, not evidence. No trial has tested Payarmin, and no supplement treats diabetes (Diabetes and Dietary Supplements per NCCIH).
Judge results by your own doctor visits and tests, not by how you feel on the drops. If you track blood sugar, share your readings with your doctor.
