Not with proof. NCCIH says most supplements lack evidence for diabetes, and only weak evidence exists for a few (Diabetes and Dietary Supplements per NCCIH).
The ADA names no supplement with solid proof for blood glucose or diabetes care (Vitamins & Supplements per ADA).

How do the evidence tiers look?
Tier one is weak evidence, tier two is small trials, and tier three is no good evidence for blood sugar.
Higher on the list means less doubt, not proof.
Weak evidence
NCCIH names chromium, cinnamon, berberine and alpha-lipoic acid (Diabetes and Dietary Supplements per NCCIH).
Small trials
Gymnema (Gymnema monograph per Drugs.com), ginseng root (PLoS One 2014 per Shishtar et al.) and L-carnitine in type 2 studies (Carnitine per NIH ODS).
Not shown
Maca (Maca per MSKCC), astragalus (Astragalus per NCCIH), raspberry ketone (Raspberry Ketone per OPSS (DoD)) and most of the rest.
