Payarmin on a Keto Diet: Does the Label Fit Low-Carb Eating?
Payarmin on a keto diet is a question the label cannot settle. The Supplement Facts panel prints no carbohydrate line, and the base holds glycerin, xylitol and stevia. Ask the seller for carb numbers before you count on any. No trial has tested the drops, keto or not.

Can you use Payarmin on a keto diet?
Maybe, but the label cannot prove it. Payarmin on a keto diet depends on carbs the label does not print, because the panel lists only chromium and a 200 mg blend.
The base holds glycerin, xylitol and stevia extract. Glycerin and xylitol are sugar alcohols, and Reb A is a high-purity stevia sweetener (Aspartame and Other Sweeteners per FDA). No amount is printed for any of them.

Before you start
What should a low-carb eater check first?
Check the carb numbers, the dropper size and your medicines. The label answers none of them.
We know of no study of the drops on ketosis, and neither the label nor the sales page makes a keto claim.
Ask for carbs per serving
Email [email protected] and ask for grams of carbohydrate and sugar alcohol in 1 ml.
Pin down the dropper
The label never says how many mL a dropper holds (What is a dropperful? per ISMP).
Count the caffeine
Guarana and green tea add some, with no amount printed (Caffeine: how much is too much? per FDA).
Cutting carbs hard changes how much of these drugs you need, and they can cause lows (Low Blood Glucose per NIDDK). Tell your prescriber about both changes, and keep taking every prescribed medicine.

No. The panel shows chromium and the 200 mg blend only, and the sales page prints no carb figure. Net carbs would need amounts for glycerin, xylitol and stevia. Ask the order desk in writing.
Does xylitol in Payarmin break ketosis?
