Payarmin Dosage Chart: One Dropper or Two, Day by Day
The Payarmin dosage chart has two rows because the label has two doses: 1 or 2 droppers full daily. If a dropper holds 1 mL, a bottle lasts 30 days on one dropper and 15 days on two. The label never prints the dropper size, so read every number as an estimate.

The gap
Why is the chart a scenario and not a label fact?
The label says “Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily” and never says how many mL a dropper holds.
A dropperful is not a fixed volume, because droppers differ and people fill them to different marks (What is a dropperful? per ISMP).
One dropper
About 0.7 mcg chromium and 200 mg of blend a day, if a dropper holds 1 mL.
Two droppers
About 1.4 mcg chromium and 400 mg of blend, on the same assumption.
