Payarmin for Men: What the Label Says About Dose and Fit
Payarmin for men is the same product as for anyone else: one formula, one direction and no men's dose. The label lists 0.7 mcg of chromium, which is 2% of the 35 mcg Daily Value and of the adequate intake for men 19 to 50. No trial has tested the drops in men.

Is there a version of Payarmin for men?
No. The label shows one formula for all adults, with no men's version, no weight-based dose and no age or sex split.
For chromium, the one measured amount, NIH sets the adequate intake for men 19 to 50 at 35 mcg a day, the same as the Daily Value (Chromium per NIH ODS).

Does Payarmin balance male hormones?
No evidence says so. The sales page says maca “balances hormones”, yet Memorial Sloan Kettering found only a few small trials, mostly on sexual function and menopause (Maca per MSKCC). No trial tested the drops.
Do men need a bigger dose of Payarmin?
The label sets one direction for every adult: 1 or 2 droppers full daily, and it says not to exceed the recommended dose. It gives no body-size rule.
Does Payarmin supply a man's daily chromium?
No. If a dropper holds 1 mL, two droppers give about 1.4 mcg a day, against an adequate intake of 35 mcg for men 19 to 50 (Chromium per NIH ODS). The label never prints the dropper size.
Should a man with high blood pressure avoid the licorice line in Payarmin?
It can be. NCCIH says people with high blood pressure may be at risk even from small amounts of licorice compounds (Licorice Root per NCCIH). The label lists it 18th, at most about 11 mg per 1 ml. Ask your doctor.
