Payarmin Weight Loss: Do the Ingredients Back It Up?
Payarmin weight loss has no trial behind it. The label makes no weight claim, but several blend lines, such as African mango and coleus, are sold for weight. Where they were studied, results were weak or flat, and most studied doses sit far above what one 1 ml serving can hold.

What is the Payarmin weight loss evidence, line by line?
Weak at best. Five blend lines have been sold for weight, and the research on each is small or shows no change.
Because the blend lists ingredients from most to least, each place has a ceiling per 1 ml serving (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). Most ceilings sit below the studied dose. The capsicum trial counted capsaicin, not extract, so those two cannot be compared.

Does African mango in Payarmin really work on leptin?
The sales page says African mango “acts directly on leptin”. Memorial Sloan Kettering calls the weight evidence weak, with small studies of poor design (Irvingia gabonensis (African mango) per MSKCC).
It also lists a reported kidney-failure case and a caution with diabetes drugs.
Losing 5 to 7% of body weight and moving 150 minutes a week is the plan the CDC backs (Prediabetes per CDC). Drops add no step to it.
