The list
Does the Payarmin label list any sugar?
No. The nine other ingredients are glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. None is sugar, honey or syrup.
The Supplement Facts panel lists chromium and the 200 mg blend only. It has no sugars line, and no amounts for the other ingredients.
The label text we have does not say sugar free anywhere. Our answer rests on the ingredient list, not on a promise from the maker.

What makes Payarmin taste sweet if it has no sugar?
Two sweeteners do the work: stevia extract and xylitol. Glycerin, a sweet, syrupy base, and natural flavors add to the taste.
